Who processes your data

The data controller is Evgeniy Osin, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, trading as ProSvaneti.

What data we collect

From the request form on the website:

• your name;
• a contact — WhatsApp number or Telegram username;
• travel dates, number of travellers, the service and route you're interested in;
• preferred language and your message;
• the page the request was sent from, and the campaign tag (UTM) if you arrived through a link with one.

If you accept cookies — anonymised visit data through Google Analytics 4: device and browser type, country and pages viewed.

If you message us on Telegram or WhatsApp, we see what you tell us in that conversation.

We take photos on shared tours, and participants may appear in them (see "Photos" below).

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and suggest a tour or transfer.
• To run the trip: we pass your name, contact, pickup place and time to the driver or guide.
• To tell you about changes — for example, a weather postponement or whether a shared group is confirmed.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.

We don't send marketing newsletters.

Who we share it with

• Drivers and guides running your trip — only what they need for pickup and the route.
• Telegram — website requests reach our managers in a Telegram work chat.
• Google — requests are saved to a Google Sheets table; visit statistics go to Google Analytics.
• Hosting — the website and a copy of requests are stored on a DigitalOcean cloud server.

These services may process data on servers outside Georgia. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep request data while it's needed for your trip and follow-up, then no longer than 24 months, after which it is deleted.

Photos

We may use photos from shared tours for advertising on our own platforms — the website, our Telegram channel and social media. If you don't want photos of you published, tell the manager or guide, or email prosvaneti@gmail.com, and we won't use them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Email prosvaneti@gmail.com — we reply within 10 working days.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Cookies

Google Analytics loads only after you accept cookies in the banner on the website. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. The website works fully without consent.

Changes

The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
